First you take 2kg mutton I which add four lemon juice in it, after that add some garam masala, add ginger garlic paste, add salt to it according to your taste, then add all of these together and all of the mutton and mix it properly and leave it for about two to 3 hours. Then after that you take rice, wash it and put salt in it and leave it for a while after which you remove the mutton and fry all well and after that all these mutton is separated into a vessel after that masala will be left in the mutton, mix them in rice and boil the rice and cook like the rice cooked. When the rice becomes, then it will be like the color of the biryani, after that mix the mutton and put the coriander leaves in it so that it looks beautiful, now you have become ready as a Mutton mandi, which you can feed the house or You can also feed any special guest who will love it very much and they will be very fond of eating.
